Have you ever heard the term, “the calm before the storm”? This picture is kind of like that term, except that it’s the calm after the storm. I took this photo the morning after a large snow storm. Notice how the sky is clear and blue like there have never been clouds tarnishing its surface. Notice how the snow is still fresh and clean. It’s a peaceful morning ready to start out a day of sledding and snow angels. It’s that feeling when you wake up on a snow day. Like for one day you can just put your worries away, and simply have fun.
